Let Us Be Thankful!

November, easily my favorite month of the year. I choose to see an increase in people choosing to be
thankful, and in their own way, making the day a little better for those that cross their path.

For those that struggle with daily gratitude, November and the build up of our Thanksgiving holiday become a gentle nudge that no matter what may be going on in your life, there is always something to be thankful for every day. For some the simple fact you’ve been given another day is the biggest blessing.

We all find ourselves in unique situations that help us make decisions in life that ultimately create our personal journey. Life really does go by faster than many of us find believable. While autumn in Florida is not quite the same as autumn in our northern states, you can feel the change. The shorter days seems to instinctively encourage us to slow down just a bit. This is the perfect time to reflect on what went right for you this year and what have you learned to help guide you into the new year.

Many of our long-time loyal customers may be seeing the growth our business has been experiencing. So much of this has happened organically from the simple word of mouth from many of you to your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. While this has been amazing, it has also meant we have had to invest in our human capital more than ever before.

Which then created the need to consciously grow our business a bit more to attract even better working talent. Therefore, many of you now get flyers in your mail with dare I say, some of those cliché coupons! But seriously, hasn’t this been the best time ever for us to be offering coupons? Not only do they help bring in new customers that have never heard of us (how’s that!??), but they also have been viewed as a reward to many of our existing loyal customers!

Here’s an insider tip, speak up when you are getting checked in by asking if there are any coupons that can be applied to this visit. While there may not always be something available for your existing visit, it certainly won’t hurt to ask. Additionally, if you really enjoy a little discount occasionally and would like to get our “joke of the week” emailed to you, then I encourage you to sign up for our VIP Rewards program.

While we are not perfect nor the perfect auto repair shop for some, we do strive to go above and beyond every day for every customer. Our cozy waiting room has complimentary coffee and bottled water as well as wi-fi and TV equipped with Amazon’s Fire TV. While we always want to accommodate our customers that choose to wait, we also encourage customers to utilize our free shuttle service for the local vicinity or one of our three complimentary loaner cars.

As a parting note, we are so invested in your long-term satisfaction with us as a business that we offer a limited warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles for most repairs. The exceptions are few, but we must keep the lawyers happy with fancy words like limited and most. We are forever grateful for our growing customer base and will continue to make every effort to make auto maintenance enjoyable!
