A: It’s simple! Use your phone number to look up rewards through the Rewards Balance Lookup tool above. Start by looking up your rewards, then click “View My Benefits”.

A: Gold Rewards members earn 2% back on qualifying parts and labor. Once you spend $5,000 in a rolling 12-month period, you are automatically upgraded to Platinum Rewards and earn 3% back on qualifying parts and labor.

Q: How do referrals work?
A: Start by looking up your rewards, then click “View My Benefits”. From there, you can send referral cards directly to friends and family. When a referred customer completes their first visit, you receive $50 in rewards and they receive $25 toward their visit by presenting the gift card you sent them.

A: Yes, you can earn up to $300 in rewards per visit.
